We can think together about your individual needs in a confidential and supportive meeting. I can help you to make sense of your emotions and think about the next steps to work towards your goals.
My approach to therapy is that I draw upon a range of approaches including Compassion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Family therapy ideas.
